Last but not least, pescetarianism (a.k.a. pesco-vegetarianism) is the basic vegetarian diet, but it includes fish.

It is important to note that this diet plan is not a magic wand that will cause you to lose 30 pounds tomorrow. The primary reason why vegetarians tend to be thin is because their diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, and other products that contain high nutritional value. Therefore, their bodies use all of the nutrients efficiently and excess fat doesn’t pile up.
